Single Prong Powerlifting Belt (10 mm)

This single prong rolling buckle belt measures in at 3/8" or more precisely, 10mm thick. This belt is easier to get on and off than a double prong belt but it is still perfect for competition powerlifting and general weightlifting. This belt is not "padded" and is rigid in order to maximize support.

Measure around your waist, the area where you will wear your belt (pant size is NOT indicative of belt size).
