Shipping Policy
Before making a purchase, please ensure that you are in compliance with local laws and regulations. Solbreeze is not responsible for adherence to building codes or legislation.
Shipping: Once you place your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized, and you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number within 1-3 business days, if not sooner. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak summer months due to higher demand. For an expected delivery date, please refer to the product page. If there are any delays, we will inform you and provide an updated schedule. If you haven't received an update within the stated timeframe, feel free to contact us at sales@solbreeze.com.
We ship via UPS, FEDEX, and LTL Ground.
Important Delivery Information:
Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate to avoid any delays. LTL (Less Than Truckload) delivery drivers are only able to make curbside deliveries, meaning they won't assist in moving the items to another location on your property. We recommend having 1-2 additional people available to help unload and place your items where needed. If the delivery is not accepted due to lack of assistance, additional charges may apply for a return.
When your package arrives, inspect it for any damage. If you notice significant damage, take a photo, mark the item as damaged on both the customer and driver receipts, and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately with a photo as proof, and we will arrange a replacement. If damage is not reported at the time of delivery, you accept the item in its current condition. Should you discover damage or missing pieces after receiving the item, contact us right away. Keep all original packaging materials in case damage occurs during installation.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Free Shipping on majority of orders.
- Minimal shipping may be applied on certain items depending location.
- $75 Bulky Purchase Fee for select items due to their size and shipping requirements. This will be noted on product page.
How to Check the Status of Your Order:
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at sales@solbreeze.com with your name and order number, and we'll investigate the issue for you.
