Satisfaction is our top priority and if you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return for any unused and undamaged goods up to 30 days after delivery date. Must keep original packaging to ship product back to Solbreeze. We do not accept any returns or exchanges 31 days after date of delivery. Some exclusions may apply.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
If your order is damaged during transport or there are visual defects, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 2 weeks after delivery to request replacements due to shipping damage or visual defects.
