Before anything else, select the ideal location for your Solbreeze Table Set. Consider a spot that’s central to your activities but doesn’t obstruct pathways. It should be a flat, stable surface where you and your guests can easily gather.

Step 2: Check for Obstructions

Safety first! Ensure that there are no obstructions within a 4-inch radius around the area where you plan to drill for the flush mount bolt. This is crucial to avoid any accidents or damage.

• Above the Deck: Look out for any fixtures that might be in the way.
• Below the Deck: Make sure there are no wiring, or structural elements that could interfere with the installation.

Step 3: Drill the Hole

Once you've confirmed that the area is clear of obstructions, it’s time to drill the hole. Using a 7/8" drill bit, carefully drill through the deck at the chosen spot. Take your time to ensure the hole is clean and precise.

Step 4: Insert the Flat Mount Bolt

With the hole drilled, insert the flat mount bolt into the hole. This bolt will serve as the anchor for your table post, ensuring stability and security.

Step 5: Secure the Bolt Under the Deck

Now, head underneath the mounting surface to secure the bolt. You’ll need to place the following components onto the bolt in this order:

1. Anti-slip Plate: Position this with the teeth facing upward. This plate prevents the bolt from spinning when you fasten the table post.
2. Locking Washer: This component helps keep the nut securely in place.
3. Nut: Finally, thread the nut onto the bolt.

Step 6: Tighten the Nut

Using a 33 mm socket and ratchet, securely fasten the nut onto the bolt. Make sure it’s tight enough to hold the table post firmly in place, but be careful not to overtighten, as this could damage the mounting surface.

Return to the top of the deck and screw the table post onto the flush mount bolt. Ensure it’s tightly secured, as this will provide the foundation for your table.
